Yoga

Yoga is a complete system for ultimate balance of physical and mental health and wellbeing.  Yoga involves the physical element which is most familiar to people, involving asana (postures).  Some people choose to only explore this aspect of yoga.  There is also a historical and philosophical aspect to explore, meditation and relaxation, chanting and mantras and the area of pranayama (breathing practises) and cleansing.

  Ashtanga Vinyassa Yoga
A traditional and dynamic system of yoga.
  Introductory Yoga
A six week course for complete beginners to yoga.
  Private Tuition
Yoga can be offered for individuals or private groups. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  Suffolk Ashtanga classes and events
The Suffolk Consortium of Ashtanga teachers offers classes across the county.  I cover Bury St Edmunds, Thetford, Stowmarket, and villages in between.  We also hold regular events, check here for latest details.
