Yoga
Yoga is a complete system for
ultimate balance of physical and mental health and wellbeing. Yoga involves
the physical element which is most familiar to people, involving asana
(postures). Some people choose to only explore this aspect of yoga. There
is also a historical and philosophical aspect to explore, meditation and
relaxation, chanting and mantras and the area of pranayama (breathing
practises) and cleansing.
